This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with young people, leading group activities, and being part of a fast-paced, international environment.</p><p>As an Activity Leader, you’ll be responsible for supervising students, leading activities, and helping create a positive, memorable experience for every participant.<br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and supervise daily activities, excursions, and events</li><li>Ensure student safety and wellbeing at all times</li><li>Create a welcoming, inclusive, and energetic environment</li><li>Assist with evening and weekend programming</li><li>Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members</li><li>Handle minor behavior issues calmly and professionally</li><li>Represent the program positively to students, staff, and partners<br>&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>Energetic, friendly, and confident personality</li><li>Strong communication and leadership skills</li><li>Comfortable working with groups of students</li><li>Responsible, punctual, and dependable</li><li>Ability to stay calm in busy or unexpected situations</li><li>Team-oriented mindset</li><li>Previous experience with youth, camps, teaching, or customer service is a plus</li><li>The position runs from late May through late August, with two intake start dates available: May 26 and June 22.
