We believe that cultural exchange has the power to make the world a more welcoming, understanding, and open place. We build global families by bringing together au pairs with American host families—providing meaningful childcare for families, an unforgettable year in the U.S.A. for au pairs, and a culturally enriching experience for both parties.</p>\n<p><strong>The Role:</strong></p>\n<p>The Marketing Co-op will support the team in contributing to social media campaign ideation, creating, permissioning and organizing content, assist with customer contests and takeover program and help with other marketing projects as needed.</p>\n<p>On the event side, projects may include reviewing expense reports, researching restaurant or other venues and activities and creating requests for proposals (RFPs) or price quotes as well as sourcing materials for in-person events, answering attendee questions over email and occasionally helping to staff events.</p>\n<p>If you are super organized, have an eye for detail and design, love social media and enjoy juggling a variety of different tasks and projects to meet deadlines, this could be the role for you.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities will include:</strong></p>\n<p>Content Creation + Management:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Participate in campaign ideation and creation targeted at young people in 25+ countries worldwide and host families in the U.S.</li>\n <li>Identify and permission great user-generated content (UGC) on social media</li>\n <li>Review content submitted and organize as needed</li>\n <li>Catalog and organize existing photo and video library</li>\n <li>Assist with social media takeover program</li>\n <li>Review and respond to direct messages as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Event support:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Process expense reports from event attendees in a timely and accurate manner</li>\n <li>Perform venue research and request proposals or price quotes as needed</li>\n <li>Answer questions from event and attendees over email in a timely manner</li>\n <li>Assist with other projects as needed such as collecting content or ordering items for events</li>\n <li>Attend our National Meeting event from November 6-8, 2026 and provide on-site support as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p>About you:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>You are an enthusiastic team player and love to collaborate on projects with peers and team leaders. At the same time, you can work independently toward a clear set of goals.</li>\n <li>You are extremely organized and adept at learning and using digital tools to get projects completed. You have experience with or an aptitude for learning video editing apps like CapCut and project management systems like Asana or Trello.</li>\n <li>You love social media, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn</li>\n <li>You enjoy writing and you’re a strong written and verbal communicator.</li>\n <li>You strongly believe that cultural exchange makes the world a better place</li>\n</ul>\n<p style-legacy=\"margin-left:0in\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p style-legacy=\"margin-left:0in\"><strong>Why you’ll love working here:</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<p style-legacy=\"margin-left:0in\">This is the most fun, high caliber place you’ll ever work. We build global families by bringing together au pairs with American host families—providing meaningful childcare for families, an unforgettable year in the U.S.A. for au pairs, and a culturally enriching experience for both parties.</p>\n<p><strong>The Role:</strong></p>\n<p>The Marketing Co-op will support the team in contributing to social media campaign ideation, creating, permissioning and organizing content, assist with customer contests and takeover program and help with other marketing projects as needed.</p>\n<p>On the event side, projects may include reviewing expense reports, researching restaurant or other venues and activities and creating requests for proposals (RFPs) or price quotes as well as sourcing materials for in-person events, answering attendee questions over email and occasionally helping to staff events.</p>\n<p>If you are super organized, have an eye for detail and design, love social media and enjoy juggling a variety of different tasks and projects to meet deadlines, this could be the role for you.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities will include:</strong></p>\n<p>Content Creation + Management:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Participate in campaign ideation and creation targeted at young people in 25+ countries worldwide and host families in the U.S.</li>\n <li>Identify and permission great user-generated content (UGC) on social media</li>\n <li>Review content submitted and organize as needed</li>\n <li>Catalog and organize existing photo and video library</li>\n <li>Assist with social media takeover program</li>\n <li>Review and respond to direct messages as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Event support:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Process expense reports from event attendees in a timely and accurate manner</li>\n <li>Perform venue research and request proposals or price quotes as needed</li>\n <li>Answer questions from event and attendees over email in a timely manner</li>\n <li>Assist with other projects as needed such as collecting content or ordering items for events</li>\n <li>Attend our National Meeting event from November 6-8, 2026 and provide on-site support as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p>About you:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>You are an enthusiastic team player and love to collaborate on projects with peers and team leaders. At the same time, you can work independently toward a clear set of goals.</li>\n <li>You are extremely organized and adept at learning and using digital tools to get projects completed.
