Your Role
\n EF (Education First) Oxford International Language Campus is looking for friendly, empathetic and customer-focused individual to join our team as Accommodation Coordinator.

\n

Position Details:

\n

- Full-time, hourly paid, flexible hours 

\n

- 5 days a week

\n

By building strong relationships with hosts and students, you’ll help create a positive, enriching homestay experience. Coordinating placements and resolving queries, you’ll be central to delivering excellent care and customer service.

 Responsibilities

  • Recruits, markets, evaluates & selects suitable homestay accommodation 
    • \n
\n
\n
\n
    \n
  • Implements plans to optimize host family retention 
    • \n
\n
\n
    \n
  • Deals with general daily student enquiries, logging all student communication on students’ records. 
    • \n
\n
\n
\n
    \n
  • Follows up on accommodation issues raised in student evaluations  
    • \n
\n
\n
\n
    \n
  • Ensures concerns are escalated to managers/sales offices where appropriate 
    • \n
\n
\n
\n
    \n
  • \n

    Assists students and sales offices with accommodation requests/changes and ensuring the in-house booking system is up to date.

    Requirements

    • \n
  • Previous experience in tele-sales and/or face-to-face customer service experience 
    • \n
  • Experience in a language-learning environment (desired)
    • \n
  • Organised with a high level of attention to detail
    • \n
  • Capable of using your own initiative
    • \n
  • Complete fluency in English
    • \n
  • All offers are subject to a clear enhanced DBS check and two references
    • \n
  • Right to work in the UK upon commencement of your contract
