first point of contact for stakeholders</span></p>\n<p><span>- Respond promptly to emergency calls and implement EF’s crisis management protocols</span></p>\n<p><span>- Manage weekend departures and arrivals: Monitor flight schedules, cancellations, and missed arrivals, arranging alternative plans as necessary</span></p>\n<p><span>- Coordinate departure and arrival schedules with the central transportation team and local suppliers</span></p>\n<p><span>- Accurately log emergency calls, actions, and incidents in the reporting system</span></p>\n<p><span>- Invoice emergency-related transfers and accommodations while maintaining detailed records</span></p>\n<p><span>- Provide empathetic, professional support to students during crises or emergencies</span></p>\n<p><span>- Liaise with emergency services, such as hospitals and police, maintaining accurate communication logs</span></p>\n<p><span>- Address student feedback and complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction</span></p>\n<p><span>- Build relationships with local suppliers to support students' diverse needs</span></p>\n<p><span>- Adhere to EF’s safeguarding policies to ensure students' safety and well-being</span></p>\n<p><span>- Conduct welfare checks for students requiring additional support</span></p>\n<p><span>- Log and escalate safeguarding concerns, working closely with relevant internal and external bodies</span></p>\n<p><span>- Collaborate with external agencies (e.g., social services) to address urgent welfare needs</span></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span><u>Requirements</u></span></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span>- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills</span></p>\n<p><span>- Interest or experience in logistics and emergency response</span></p>\n<p><span>- Intermediate competency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with communication tools and logging systems</span></p>\n<p><span>- Analytical mindset with exceptional organizational skills</span></p>\n<p><span>- Ability to remain calm under pressure, with a solution-oriented approach</span></p>\n<p><span>- Compassionate and sensitive to the diverse cultural needs of international students</span></p>\n<p><span>- Sociable, energetic, and motivated with a hands-on attitude</span></p>\n<p><span>- Strong time management and first point of contact for stakeholders</span></p>\n<p><span>- Respond promptly to emergency calls and implement EF’s crisis management protocols</span></p>\n<p><span>- Manage weekend departures and arrivals: Monitor flight schedules, cancellations, and missed arrivals, arranging alternative plans as necessary</span></p>\n<p><span>- Coordinate departure and arrival schedules with the central transportation team and local suppliers</span></p>\n<p><span>- Accurately log emergency calls, actions, and incidents in the reporting system</span></p>\n<p><span>- Invoice emergency-related transfers and accommodations while maintaining detailed records</span></p>\n<p><span>- Provide empathetic, professional support to students during crises or emergencies</span></p>\n<p><span>- Liaise with emergency services, such as hospitals and police, maintaining accurate communication logs</span></p>\n<p><span>- Address student feedback and complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction</span></p>\n<p><span>- Build relationships with local suppliers to support students' diverse needs</span></p>\n<p><span>- Adhere to EF’s safeguarding policies to ensure students' safety and well-being</span></p>\n<p><span>- Conduct welfare checks for students requiring additional support</span></p>\n<p><span>- Log and escalate safeguarding concerns, working closely with relevant internal and external bodies</span></p>\n<p><span>- Collaborate with external agencies (e.g., social services) to address urgent welfare
