Academic Purposes, Business English, IELTS preparation</span></li>\n <li><span>Assist the DoS and ADoS in the day to day running of the academic programme</span></li>\n <li><span>Take responsibility for certain areas of the academic programme</span></li>\n <li><span>Present themselves as a model of quality and professionalism</span></li>\n <li><span>Teach students of all levels and course types</span></li>\n <li><span>Cover for absent colleagues</span></li>\n <li><span>Help and advise colleagues in their awareness and use of teaching resources and teaching methodology</span></li>\n <li><span>Actively participate in the schools’ in service training program and partake, where appropriate, in opportunities for professional development</span></li>\n <li><span>Assist the DOS and ADOS in conducting effective inductions of new teachers and giving advice on new procedures</span></li>\n <li><span>Observe teachers as directed by the DOS and ADOS, providing written, formal evaluations of observations as well as co-ordinating peer observations as required.</span></li>\n <li><span>Assist the DOS and ADOS in identifying teacher needs and delivering CPDs in these areas.</span></li>\n <li><span>Keeping record of books stock-check and prepare books for teachers every 6 weeks</span></li>\n <li><span>Managing the teachers’ resource library and students’ library</span></li>\n <li><span>Ensuring classroom resources are in good order</span></li>\n <li><span>Tracking submissions of Weekly Schemes</span></li>\n <li><span>Co-ordinating and assisting with exams run in school.</span></li>\n <li><span>Assist with intake of new students, including preparing test rooms, welcoming students and delivering speaking tests</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p><span><strong>Requirements</strong></span></p>\n<p><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Cambridge DELTA/Trinity DipTESOL qualified, or, underway and at least one Module completed</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to teach Academic Writing, English for Academic purposes &amp; Business English</span></li>\n <li><span>University degree or equivalent</span></li>\n <li><span>Passionate and professional</span></li>\n <li><span>Keen interest in up to date EFL methodology and developments</span></li>\n <li><span>A strong desire to develop within the EFL profession</span></li>\n <li><span>Able to encourage a positive and sharing attitude to both classroom and professional issues</span></li>\n <li><span>Sensitive to students’ academic &amp; welfare needs</span></li>\n <li><span>Organised and thorough</span></li>\n <li><span>All offers are subject to a clean background check&nbsp;and two
