The Opportunity: 
You should be an energetic, curious, and collaborative person who is interested in proactively driving results through data and is excited about working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.  This role will leverage data across a variety of internal and external sources to evaluate our marketing programs and generate actionable insights. As part of the analytics team, you will use your analytical skills to proactively identify areas of opportunity, measure the effectiveness of campaigns, build attribution models, measure the impact of promotions and merchandising decisions, and deliver intelligent and scalable recommendations. The ideal candidate must have a solid analytics background, be able to deliver actionable insights with high accuracy and have a strong sense of urgency.   

What you will be doing:  

  • Develop, implement, and maintain dashboards and tracking tools across all paid, earned, and owned channels to enhance marketing’s understanding of key levers that drive the business and empower marketing decisions 
  • Conduct analysis of marketing data, formulate and test hypotheses and provide recommendations on optimization strategies to stakeholders 
  • Work with stakeholders to define measurement plans for marketing campaigns 
  • Measure the efficacy of campaigns, promotions and site initiatives across audiences and marketing channels; build and maintain reports that measure effectiveness, identify trends and evaluate return on investment; compile and communicate recommendations, learnings, and opportunities 
  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from a variety of databases, platforms and tools  
  • Dig into critical marketing metrics to understand why they are moving up or down – and what we should do about it 
  • Participate in analytics business reviews and assist with broader analytics projects across the organization 
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and organization 
  • Participate in technology projects as needed 
  • Support other analytics team members in analysis reviews and quality assurances processes 

 Who you are: 

  • 5+ years of experience working in a digital marketing analytics capacity at an eCommerce business  
  • Broad understanding of direct-to-consumer sales, CRM system
