EF is searching for Student Services Coordinators this summer. This would be the perfect job to boost your CV by gaining experience while working in an international company! 

What will you be doing?

Working with the summer management team to deliver an exceptional experience to all students. You will be the face and the feel of the school and its social areas. No day will be the same, there will be high energy times welcoming students or assisting our huge student body during breaks combined with quiet times where you will focus on administration and organisation. A truly memorable experience you will interact with staff and students from across the world daily. 
Every day is different from working on following up on attendance, running themed breaks and joining the activities team in running epic themed Murder Mysteries while dressed as your favorite film character!

What will you take away?

After a summer of working as a Student Services Coordinator, you will leave having created truly amazing memories for your students and the staff. You will expand your creative skills by creating themed events and a great atmosphere, look and feel in the school.
Working with staff from around the world your communication skills will be maximized to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

Who will you be working with?

In EF we are 52,000 staff, faculty and teachers, working in over 612 offices and schools across 52 countries, and have a global presence in 116 countries. But we are also a local team of managers, teachers, accommodation, student services and activities coordinators (plus many more) who run the school together. We have different backgrounds and many stories to share.

What is required?

To be successful in this role you must be the person people want to speak to! You will create the atmosphere, the look and the feel of one of the biggest language schools on the island. You must be a team player that is comfortable playing a part in a team or working independently when needed.

Our Student Services roles are available for 4-12 weeks during June, July & August.  For the shorter duration it could be combined with a leader or teacher role before or after.
