The Recruitment and Employee Development (RED) Team at EF Education First is devoted to driving our global mission of opening the world through education by attracting top talent to join our organization.

We are currently seeking a Technical Recruiting Specialist to support hiring for our technical teams across EF. This individual will work with our Director of Tech Recruiting on scheduling, candidate screening and event planning, as well as manage the full-cycle recruitment process for specific technical requisitions. In this position, your greatest assets are your ability to instantly connect with people, your drive to achieve results and your commitment to getting the details right. What you’ll do:

  • Own full-cycle recruitment process for specific technical and creative requisitions
  • Support building a diverse candidate pipeline at all levels through sourcing, attending and planning events, and working with Director of Tech Recruiting to develop new ideas for brand awareness
  • Support agency relations alongside Director of Tech Recruiting
  • Manage all candidate scheduling for engineering and creative requisitions
  • Support all Applicant Tracking System (Jobvite) operations and administration for EF’s North American employees and recruitment partners
  • Continuously monitor and update job descriptions across posting sites
  • Support ad hoc projects across the RED team

Who you are:

  • 1-3 years of previous recruitment experience either in-house or at a staffing agency
  • Experience recruiting or sourcing for technical positions in engineering or technical product-based roles
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple priorities with great attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic, outgoing and natural communicator
  • A knack for creating efficiencies in complicated processes
  • A passion for building greatness
