We are looking for a sales-driven and goal-oriented person to join the Cultural Care Nordic sales team. We believe that you share our passion for cultural exchange, that you create opportunities and have the ability to think on your feet while paying attention to detail – always with the customer as your number one priority.
As Sales Coordinator you are the main point of contact for au pairs from the moment they enquire about our program until they have completed their au pair application.
Your time will be spent mainly on two things; hands-on Sales and Customer Service, but also on a lot of other smaller and bigger projects. Because no day at EF is the same. You don’t change the world by doing the same thing over and over. If you fear changes, please keep looking.
Let’s be honest, you will work hard and sometimes long hours. But you will struggle to find a more dynamic, ambitious, young and fun team to join. And we promise that you will look back at this job as one of the most challenging, wicked, fun and rewarding times in your professional career.
You will report to the Country Product Manager who is based in the same office and will provide you with tools, guidance and support. But only you can make it happen. At EF, we look for strategic doers, who are not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get the job done. EF is an entrepreneurial company and you will be expected to contribute to the company’s development on many levels.
If you have the ambition of an international career, few companies have the same global footprint. EF has schools and offices in more than 50 countries.
The position requires you to be goal-driven with a can-do attitude and strong work ethic. You should be self-motivated with a strong ability to organize and structure your tasks, knowing what to prioritize and when. You understand the fine balance between sales efficiency and first class customer service! You enjoy doing daily administrative routines as well as using your communicative skills in pitching the winning sales call.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Organizing skills and attention to detail is highly valued for the position
- International experience
