Cultural Care Au Pair is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Sales Manager to lead regional growth through strategic sales initiatives and team development. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about cultural exchange, and is ready to drive measurable impact.

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for increasing host family acquisition, enhancing LCC lead generation, and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. You’ll coach and empower your team of Local Childcare Consultants (LCCs) to meet and exceed sales goals, while collaborating across departments to grow the au pair program in your region.

This role reports to the Director of Sales and is fully remote.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Regional Sales Growth: Own and execute strategies to increase host family acquisition and expand market reach.
  • Lead LCC Performance: Coach, train, and hold LCCs accountable for lead generation and conversion metrics. Support them in developing creative outreach strategies both online and in their communities.
  • Develop Regional Strategy: Create and adapt a regional sales plan that aligns with company goals and responds to evolving market conditions.
  • Foster Innovation and Collaboration: Encourage new ideas and cross-functional collaboration to improve sales outcomes and program visibility.
  • Analyze and Optimize: Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and adjust strategies to maximize results.
  • Partner Across Teams: Work closely with Marketing, Program Education, Matching, Customer Support, and Regional Managers to ensure alignment and resource optimization.
  • Champion the Au Pair Program: Promote the value of cultural exchange and support initiatives that grow the program in your region.

  

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience; marketing or community engagement experience is a plus
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Demonstrated success in driving lead generation and conversion
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Passion for cultural exchange and mission-driven work
  • Strategic decision maker with a competitive spirit 
  • Ability to work some evenings and weekends
  • Ability to travel once a month

  • Compensation range for this role is $55,000-$70,000/year, based on experience with bonus potential
