Line Manager: Central Admin Manager
Reports to: Director of Customer Success Enablement

 

The Central Admin Team plays a key role in delivering excellent administrative support for Customer Success by providing standardized services to our global network of Customer Success Managers (CSMs). 

 

Administrative Specialists contribute to smooth daily operations, supporting CSM administrative tasks, reducing the time CSMs spend on admin work, and enabling them to focus more on client engagement.
