Customer Support Coordinator

Cultural Care Au Pair   
Location: Denver

 

The Cultural Care Customer Support Coordinator role offers a unique window into every part of our organization, creating a strong foundation for future growth within the organization and the broader EF family. This highly visible position relies on excellent communication, quick responsiveness, and a genuine desire to support others. Working primarily through phone, text, and email, you’ll serve as a key resource for host families, au pairs, contractors, and colleagues. You will also receive specialized training in Host Family Finances, working toward managing your own finance region. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver clear, effective support to customers through both phone and email communication
  • Resolve questions and issues promptly while demonstrating empathy, clarity, and full ownership
  • Maintain a strong balance between proactive outreach and timely responses to incoming needs
  • Reach out to host families regarding program fees, due dates, credits, and discounts
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable for your assigned region with accuracy and accountability
  • Provide targeted support to additional finance regions as needed

  • 1-2 years of professional experience, ideally in customer services
  • Demonstrated relationship-building experience
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
