    EF Education First - Corporate Learning is looking for a new Customer Service Representative. 
    If you are already living in Barcelona with a valid NIE/Spanish Social Security Number and want to work 30 hours a week, from Monday to Friday in our central office, or from home (2 days a week) with an international team of experts, apply now!

    Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 

    • Motivating and guiding our students through our online school  

    • Advising on how to achieve personal and company learning targets via phone, chat, and email 

    • Presenting the different school features and options to provide a customized service 

    • Overcoming student objections, anticipating their needs by giving personal solutions to manage time and progress 

    • Offering call and following up service in German (C2 level), Spanish (C2 Level) and English (C1 or C2 level)  

    • Hosting school demo webinars  

    • Providing technical advice and solutions to ensure all our students have the best learning experience using EF products 

    • Responding to all questions directly or by relaying to our Global Customer Service by email or chat              

    • Meeting the operations requirements of quality and productivity of customer support services 

    • Reporting to your Supervisor. 

    To be successful in this role, you will be/have: 

    • Excellent writing and speaking skills in German, Spanish, and English 

    • Highly responsible with a strong sense of ownership and autonomy
