The Role:
We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented individual to join the Customer Engagement and Loyalty team in EF Educational Tours. This entrepreneurial team builds loyalty and strengthens EF’s brand by creating unique opportunities for customers beyond their tour experience. For example, we oversee initiatives for our VIP customers to explore the world with other educators, prepare first time  tour leaders with experiential trainings to Europe and Latin America, as well as drive repeat business and referrals through our Global Rewards Program. In this role, you will be directly involved in executing tasks that help reinforce desired ideal customer behaviors, communicate with loyal and new customers, and manage internal and external requests that help elevate the customer experience and increase overall retention. This role is the engine behind fulfilling redemption requests and a source of information on our Global Rewards Program for both sales teams and customers.

What You’ll Do:
  • Communicate professionally with customers and colleagues via phone and email.
  • Address inquiries and efficiently process requests related to our Global Rewards program.
  • Organize and record customer redemption interactions through our internal customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Partner with members of the Loyalty team to ensure seamless support and meet customers' needs.

Who You Are:
  • Able to work efficiently and prioritize delegated tasks.
  • A self-starter and fast learner
  • Well organized with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Strong communicator, approachable, helpful, and friendly.
  • Able to work collaboratively with the Customer Loyalty team
  • Enthusiastic learners mentality.
EF's co-op program includes 3 building blocks: LEARN, BUILD & DRIVE.
LEARN business acumen and professional development skills.
BUILD a worldwide network of leaders, mentors, and peers.
DRIVE projects that have a global impact.
