Business Development Associate - Language

Our Team Switzerland/Austria is looking for a Business Development Associate (BDA) to help identify needs for intercultural and language training in some of Switzerland’s and Austria's biggest companies. A successful candidate is self-motivated, has a nothing is impossible mindset and is eager to build a career in a rapidly growing and innovative education company.  


Key responsibilities  

  • Prospect new clients and gather valuable market intelligence
  • Make outbound calls to senior executives to meet sales and meeting goals
  • Partner with Account Managers to create customized plans for sales territories, supporting the sales cycle and driving urgency
  • Collaborate with internal teams and colleagues around the world to drive the sales process
  • Track all activities in Salesforce and ensure contact information is up to date
  • Recruit clients to webinars and events


The skills & experience we look for
  

  • 2+ years B2B business development experience
  • Strong relational skills and influencing skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Mastery of German and English (additional language skills are a big plus)
  • Experience working in education and/or with HR stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is helpful
  • Passion for learning, both for yourself and, on a bigger scale, for organization
  • Ability to innovate and change ways of working
