If you are looking to kick-start an international career in finance and make an impact early on, then EF’s rotational Global Finance Program could be for you. Tailored to give broad exposure to multiple finance areas, this rotational program allows you to explore a number of roles across different business units in the EF world. Placements are in our main finance hubs in Zurich, London, Boston, and Malta, or in our local offices around the world.
- 18-months, 3 rotations
- Based across three cities in our main finance hubs and local offices
- Requires European citizenship
- 18-24 months, 3-4 rotations
- Primarily based in Boston with one potential rotation outside the U.S.
- Requires U.S. citizenship or permanent residency
The Role
Be prepared for a steep learning curve. You will be given ownership early on, and as you progress, you will take on more hands-on and challenging tasks. Exposure to different business units ranging from large established products to smaller startup-like projects will enhance your learning, give you visibility into EF’s entrepreneurial culture, and help you develop a wide range of skills needed for a future leadership position.
In the Global Finance Program, you will…
- Explore roles in Financial Analysis and Planning, Pricing and Cost Control, Business Analytics and Strategy, Accounting, Finance Transformation, and more
- Participate in international summits with fellow program participants from around the world, to further your professional development and build a close network of EF professionals
- Receive ongoing mentorship and support from our senior finance management
- Gain exposure to our business units, including Language schools, Academic degrees, Cultural exchange programs, and Educational travel
What we seek in a candidate
- You have a university degree in finance, accounting, or other relevant major
- You preferably bring applicable internship/professional experience
- You want to pursue an international career in finance
- You have exceptional analytical and logical thinking skills
- You are fluent in English (fluency in one additional language is preferred)
- You ideally have international work and/or study experience
- You are flexible and naturally curious
- You are eligible to work in Europe and/or the U.S. without visa sponsorship
