CRM Marketer/Digital Growth Marketer (Korea)
Background/Experience:
- Business/Marketing Degree
- Solid experience and understanding of marketing, data and technology
- Highly analytical with ability to make sense of ambiguous data
- Expertise in identifying and prioritizing what drives conversion or reduces drop-offs
- Skilled in developing LINE-based customer service programs and chatbots.
- Proficient in marketing analytics
- Proficient in creating and managing content calendars, with a focus on executing seasonal campaigns.
- Experience coordinating with content teams and developers
- Experienced in CRM marketing (Salesforce a plus)
- Knowledgeable in designing strategies that bridge offline and online marketing channels.
- Experience in building digital campaigns to create marketing qualified leads
- For example 3-5 years experience in start-ups, 5-7 years in medium/big enterprises
- For example experience in creative/digital marketing agency with exposure to multiple industries.
- Experience of ‘guerilla marketing’ and ‘growth hacking’
- Japanese native or JLPT N1
Responsibilities:
- Develop a LINE strategy that holistically connects all stages of the customer journey from awareness, consideration, conversion to departure, return and retention.
- Prepare a lead acquisition strategy to drive followers onto EF Japan’s LINE platform, including through channels such as organic and paid.
- Drive an active and agile digital customer journey quickly adapting to changes in the LINE platform (and other significant platforms) and the Japanese market, while identifying top-tier customer experience examples that can be tailored for EF.
- Design audience segmentations based on thorough analysis of the customer journey and pain-points/opportunities in the marketing and sales funnel.
- Design and configure appropriate customer journeys for these audiences and iterate on these journeys through continuous A/B testing.
- Design and prepare all inputs for local digital marketing campaigns with a primary focus on LINE.
- Prepare briefs and coordinate with the Central marketing team in Zurich to create relevant content to support the customer at each stage of the customer’s journey.
- Drive automation and customer self-service through the configuration of a chatbot for both marketing, sales and customer support purposes.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in LINE API Sales Force Integration
- Managing Sales Force environments
- Experience with integrating Salesforce with external applications, specifically LINE
- Knowledge of tools to facilitate for seamless data flow between LINE and Salesforce
