Role Description: 
We’re looking for a strategic Business Partner to lead financial management for our Italian market, covering multiple products and both Promotion and Production entities. This role is ideal for a finance leader passionate about aligning finance with business strategy, driving transformation, and ensuring governance and compliance across all levels.

As the Business Partner for Italy, you will own key responsibilities in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting, and business partnering. You will advise senior stakeholders, manage performance insights, oversee financial close, and support contract negotiations. In addition, this role will champion transformation initiatives, including Oracle implementation, and promote continuous improvement across our finance functions.


Key Responsibilities:
Business Partnering: 
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans aligned with organizational 
goals; ensure forecast accuracy, cost control, and insights.
• Performance Reporting: Deliver financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to stakeholders, highlighting 
business performance.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities, 
including pricing.
• Contract Management: Oversee contract reviews and negotiations, securing beneficial terms.
• Strategic Advisory: Serve as advisor to the Country Manager, Regional Manager, School Director, and 
CFO.
• Administration: Handle administrative tasks, including ticket approvals, refunds, and sales balances.

Finance & Legal Governance: 
• Finance Operations: Ensure timely period close; prepare financial reports, statutory filings, and manage 
audits.
• Compliance: Enforce compliance with EF policies, regulatory requirements, and Global Control Policy 
(GCP).
• Legal Governance: Work with experts on consumer law, employment law, school accreditation, legal 
disputes, PoA, and approval matrix.
• Tax & Legal Management: Proactively handle tax and legal matters; collaborate with Central Legal on 
Terms & Conditions.
• Board Governance: Oversee governance and board responsibilities, including AGM, board protocols, 
and reporting.
• HR Oversight: Work with HR to manage employment contracts, payroll, and legal compliance.


Transformation: 
• Oracle Implementation: Lead Oracle module implementation, ensuring accurate localization and 
integration.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives across finance and business operations for enhanced 
efficiency
