- Answer all calls that come into the parent emergency line for students
- Liaise with teammates to ensure consistency with call management
- Provide support to parents as needed and provide good customer service while fielding calls
- Good judgement to determine when to escalate calls
- Complete fluency in Brazilian, Spanish and English, confident and clear communication + additional languages Spanish, Italian a plus
- Great communication
- Strong service mind and listening skills
- Positive attitude and empathy for others
- Good judgement – ability to recognize when an issue should be escalated
- Calm under pressure
