Your Role & Responsibilities

  

EF is searching for Student Activities & Events Coordinators to join us in summer 2025 at our Language Campus in York. This would be the perfect job to boost your CV by gaining leadership and events experience, while working within an international environment.

 

You will be working with the summer management team to deliver an exceptional activities and events program to our international students, and will be integral in shaping the customer experience.

You would be supporting a team of international Activity Leaders to plan and deliver the activities and events offered to our student body. There will be everything from small activities, for a single group of 34 students, to large events of over 1000. You will help in planning & delivering safe and fun activities that will give the students a sense of the local culture while having fun with their new friends.

A truly memorable experience for staff and students alike, you will interact with people from all corners of the world. Every day is different - you may go from working on the administration of the activity and events schedule, to culturally enriching city tours, to running epic themed murder mysteries while dressed as your favourite film character!  

 

This is a live in position where accommodation and full board is provided at no extra cost. Roles run from June/July – August 2025.

   

 

Requirements

 

  • Must be a team player that can lead from the front, be outgoing and have great attention to detail  
  • You should be passionate about customer service and providing quality  
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a high paced environment  
  • Legally able to work in the UK, have a UK/Irish passport or a work permit  
  • Fluent in English
