- Prepare for and welcome students on arrival. Assist in the design and implementation of orientation and wrap-up activities
- Managing Program logistics and handling program administration & finances
- Respond appropriately to any violations of the EF Gap Year’s Code of Conduct in collaboration with other EF staff members
- Leading fun and experiential activities
- Liaising with suppliers (Restaurants, Guides, Transport etc.)
- Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all our travelers
- Facilitating the inclusion of every person on our tour
- Representing EF
- Fluent in English, French & based in Nice
- Experience leading, facilitating, and/or working with high school, gap year, or college students in a mentorship capacity
- Flexibility to have hours that vary based on the needs of the students and program
- Ability to demonstrate and further develop administrative skills, interpersonal communication, and cross-cultural awareness in an international context
- Being service minded & a role model for young adults
- Stay calm under pressure and demonstrate strong initiative
- International travel experience
- Knowledge of North American culture
- Living close to Nice city center
