Activity Leader

Málaga – Summer 2025
At EF Education First, we believe that the world is better when people try to understand one another. Since 1965, we’ve helped millions of students see new places, experience new cultures, and learn new things about the world and themselves.
This summer, you can be part of that mission! We are looking for an Activity Leader to join our international team in Málaga starting in June 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable work experience at a globally recognized organization while helping students from around the world create unforgettable memories.

Are you ready for a fast-paced role in an international summer school environment?

As an Activity Leader, you will be responsible for creating an engaging and fun experience for international students attending our summer language courses. You’ll organize, lead, and support a variety of events and excursions while ensuring a safe and inclusive atmosphere for all.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading activities, excursions, and events for international student groups in Spanish
  • Encouraging students to use the Spanish language through interactive and engaging experiences
  • Supporting major events such as welcome parties, EF discos, and graduation ceremonies
  • Maintaining a positive and respectful environment aligned with EF’s values and school policies
  • Providing excellent customer service by responding to student inquiries and needs
  • Collaborating closely with school and activity staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Reporting feedback or concerns regarding students or host families to your supervisor
  • Performing admin duties as needed (e.g., attendance, finance, reception assistance)
Every day brings something new, from guiding tours to hosting themed mystery nights in costume!

What we’re looking for:

  • Fluent Spanish and a minimum B2 level in English
  • A positive, energetic, and customer-service-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and group management skills
  • A proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Full legal right to live and work in Spain

What you’ll take away:

By the end of the summer, you’ll have built strong leadership and communication skills, boosted your creativity through event planning, and made a meaningful impact on the lives of young people from all over the world.
You’ll also leave with lasting memories and international connections and, if you decide to continue your EF journey, the possibility of exciting career growth within a global organization.

Why join EF?

  • Work in a truly international and dynamic environment
  • Develop your professional skills and grow with EF
  • Make an impact while having fun
