The Opportunity
Our Operations team of Barcelona is looking for a new Student Advisor to provide excellent support to our German speaking customers through outbound calls, emails and live chats.
This job necessitates patience and persistence, attentiveness and rigor, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. A successful candidate will thrive in a friendly but hard-working environment and is eager to build strong relationships with their customers, work in and learn from an international team, and make an impact in an innovative education company.

Key responsibilities
- Motivating and guiding our students through our online school and our testing systems.
- Advising our learners on how to achieve personal and company learning targets via phone.
- Presenting the different school features and options to provide a customized service.
- Overcoming students’ objections, anticipating their needs by being proactive and by giving personal solutions to managing time and progress.
- Offering calls and following up services mainly in German (C1/C2) and hosting webinars and demos to potential clients.
- Providing technical solutions to ensure all our students have the best learning experience using EF products.
- Reporting to the market Supervisor.
