The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our comprehensive Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system administration, user support, and ensuring seamless integrations across the business. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce best practices, automation, and reporting to support various business units including Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Service. Experience with FinancialForce (Certinia), CRMA (Tableau CRM), and Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) is required to effectively manage related business processes and integrations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain the entire Salesforce environment, ensuring data integrity, system performance, and scalability
- Provide technical support and solutions for Salesforce-related issues across the organization.
- Develop and implement technical solutions to enhance business processes, including custom objects, automation tools, and integrations
- Manage system upgrades, patches, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and security
- Configure and support automation processes using Flows and other native Salesforce tools, customizing objects, fields, page layouts, reports, and dashboards to meet business needs
- Manage and optimize Support Sales & Service Cloud processes , including Community Sites, Chatbots, Live Chat, and Case Management functionality
- Provide technical administration and support for Account Engagement (formerly Pardot), including configuration, automation setup, connectivity troubleshooting, integration management, and technical implementation of marketing campaigns
- Evaluate and recommend new tools, apps, and integrations to enhance the Salesforce ecosystem
- Design, build, and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce processes and integrations
- Work with IT and other technical teams to ensure proper data management, security protocols, and system integrations
- Provide day-to-day user support, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions
- Train end-users on Salesforce best practices and new functionalities
- Manage third-party integrations and AppExchange solutions
The Skills & Experience We Look For
- 4-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related Salesforce products
- Strong technical background with experience in system integration, data management, and technical troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including advanced Flow automation, Lightning Experience, and formula fields
- Experience with API integrations and understanding of data architecture principles
- Knowledge of Salesforce development tools and AppExchange solutions
- Experience managing user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings
- Technical experience with Account Engagement (Pardot) administration, including connector configuration, automation rules, completion actions, and integration with Salesforce
- Technical experience with FinancialForce (Certinia) and CRMA (Tableau CRM)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work independently and effectively troubleshoot
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) certification highly desirable; Platform App Builder certification is a plus
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist certification desirable
- Strong communication skills with experience collaborating across diverse teams and building relationships at all organizational levels
- Proven ability to identify technical challenges, propose relevant solutions, and implement improvements to achieve impactful results
