- Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Aura, and Lightning Components.
- Support integrations between Salesforce and other internal/external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Customize Salesforce standard and custom objects, fields, layouts, workflows, and validation rules based on business requirements.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance to ensure best practices and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Support to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce configuration or development.
- Maintain clear documentation of processes, changes, and solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0–2 years of experience with Salesforce development.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce platform including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL/SOSL.
- Familiarity with Salesforce configuration (flows, process builder, validation rules, custom objects).
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles (Java, C#, etc.) is a plus.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification is a strong plus (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies.
- Exposure to CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange apps or managed packages.
- Interest in pursuing further Salesforce certifications.
