- Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and implement integrations with external systems using APIs, middleware, and web services.
- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce implementations, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment processes.
- Ensure platform security and compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–6+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and development lifecycle.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), integration patterns, and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Platform Developer II and other certifications are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
