Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Responsible for contacting potential customers and qualifying their level of interest (Phone or chat)
- Continuously manage and prioritize multiple tasks and work efficiently
- Work as a team-player to best respond to customer needs
- Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude in approaching challenging situations
- Proactively respond to client queries and advise customers on EF programs
- Operate in a truly international environment and within an energetic team
Requirements:
- You currently live in the Netherlands
- Fully fluent in Spanish with a conversational level in English
- All other languages are a plus!
- Your weekly availability is 30 to 40 hours during the day and/or weekends
- You are a good communicator who enjoys meeting people
- You are a quick and eager learner
- You are flexible and flourish in busy and varied work environment
- You are ambitious and thrive on exceeding targets
