Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales and customer service team
- Drive direct B2C sales and meet ambitious targets across all regions of Norway
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, events, partnerships, schools, and more)
- Manage customer experience from first contact to post-travel feedback
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and profit & loss
- Foster a strong team culture aligned with EF’s global values and local goals
- Represent EF’s Language Abroad programs to Norwegian students, parents, and schools
- Collaborate with regional and global EF teams on best practices and innovation
About You
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building or managing teams
- Commercial mindset with hands-on approach to sales and customer service
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field
- Experience working or studying internationally is a strong advantage
- Full professional fluency in Norwegian and English
- Passion for travel, education, and helping people grow through global experiences
- Energetic, positive, and entrepreneurial spirit
