EF Education First is seeking a Country Product Manager to lead our Language Abroad operations in Norway, based in our centrally located Oslo office.
This is a key leadership role where you’ll take full ownership of EF’s Language Travel business in Norway. You’ll lead a motivated team, drive sales performance, manage marketing initiatives, and ensure an outstanding customer experience — all while representing one of the world’s most recognized education brands.
This is a commercially focused, hands-on role with clear P&L responsibility, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants to make a real impact through international education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales and customer service team
  • Drive direct B2C sales and meet ambitious targets across all regions of Norway
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, events, partnerships, schools, and more)
  • Manage customer experience from first contact to post-travel feedback
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and profit & loss
  • Foster a strong team culture aligned with EF’s global values and local goals
  • Represent EF’s Language Abroad programs to Norwegian students, parents, and schools
  • Collaborate with regional and global EF teams on best practices and innovation

About You

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building or managing teams
  • Commercial mindset with hands-on approach to sales and customer service
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field
  • Experience working or studying internationally is a strong advantage
  • Full professional fluency in Norwegian and English
  • Passion for travel, education, and helping people grow through global experiences
  • Energetic, positive, and entrepreneurial spirit
