We are seeking a strategic, hands on and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts, optimize our social media presence, and drive meaningful business results through innovative social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Social Media Performance
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with overall marketing objectives
- Continuously monitor and analyze competitor social media approaches to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement
- Track, report, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) including: Engagement rates, Audience reach, Follower growth and Conversion metrics
Paid Social Advertising
- Design, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including: LINE, Meta Ads, Youtube Ads and TikTok Ads
- Manage comprehensive advertising strategies focused on: Driving website traffic, generating high-quality leads, increasing conversion rates or driving awareness.
- Implement sophisticated bidding approaches to maximize return on investment (ROI)
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing on: Ad creatives, Ad copy and Landing page designs
- Analyze campaign performance data to generate actionable insights
Reporting and Stakeholder Communication
- Generate comprehensive monthly performance reports w. key achievements, challenges, and future opportunities
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Native-level Japanese language required as well as good English skills
- 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing
- Proven track record of managing successful paid social media campaigns
- Advanced analytical skills with ability to derive strategic insights from complex data sets
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and performance optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred

Work Hours: 9:30-18:00(1 hour break)
