As a Study Abroad Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers in the Czech Republic. You’ll guide them from their first inquiry to their amazing experience abroad, providing top-notch service through phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Sell EF’s exciting travel programs
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Provide exceptional pre- and post-sales customer support
- Represent EF at schools, universities, and corporate events
- Promote our programs at fairs and info-meetings
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1+ years of sales experience with a record of hitting sales targets
- At least 3 months of experience living, studying or working abroad, preferred
- Proven capability with both phone sales and in-person sales
- Full proficiency in Czech and English
- Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills
- A university degree is a big plus
