Are you ready for a dynamic role in a truly international environment?

As an Airport Greeter, you will support our Accommodation & Student Service Team. You’ll be responsible for welcoming arriving students and will play a key role in ensuring a smooth arrival experience for EF students, both at the airport and at our school.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with the airport taxi company used by EF
Check and manage arrival and departure lists to ensure accuracy
Greet students and provide them with accommodation information
Collaborate with the Accommodation team to prepare weekly logistics

What we’re looking for:

Availability from June 9th to August 8th
20 hours per week:
- 10 hours at our Barcelona school over 3 weekdays
- 10 hours on Sundays at the airport
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a multicultural environment
Experience using Excel and Microsoft Office tools
English level B2 or higher
