Facilities Junior Analyst

EF Language Abroad is looking for a proactive and motivated Facilities Analyst to join our team in São Paulo
In this role, you will support the management of building maintenance, contracts, and service providers, helping ensure a safe and efficient environment for all employees. You’ll gain hands-on experience by assisting with daily operations, coordinating vendors, and supporting events and administrative tasks.
This is a great opportunity to develop your organizational and multitasking skills in a dynamic, international company.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Support outsourced services: maintenance, reception, cleaning, telecom, security, and procurement
- Assist with cost control strategies
- Monitor service delivery, contracts, and adjustments
- Support admin contracts for HQ and branches
- Manage building documents: permits, licenses, and approvals
- Handle admin tasks for the company vehicle fleet
- Act as a link between EF users and IT support (India)
- Help to organize internal and external events
- Manage invoice flow to Accounts Payable
- Track actual vs. budgeted expenses
Requirements:
- Very organized, achiever and driven profile
- Experienced traveler
- Ability to create valuable interpersonal relationships
- Structured and clear communication capacity
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as to drive and motivate others
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in IT, business administration or a related discipline
- Fluency in both written and spoken in English
