Are you ready for a dynamic role in a truly international environment?

As a Customer Service Summer Intern you will join the Lisbon team for the support of our students who will be travelling in our language and academic courses abroad. You will operate in an international environment with dynamic team. This is a great opportunity to further develop your skills, take ownership and share your ideas within a global network of like-minded individuals.

This opening is for Non-paid internship for the 2 or 3 months from June/July to August/September. We'll cover your transportation and meal expenses.

Key Responsibilities

Talk with clients to clarify doubts about our language & study programs and destinations
Support the sales team in all the sales admin
Prepare students to travel in the summer
Assist with in school requests
Lead pre-departure presentations

Requirements:

Proficient level of Portuguese & fluent English
International study and work experience preferred
Enthusiastic and creative mindset
Proactive approach and able to work independently
Strong communication skills and outgoing personality
