Who We’re Looking For
• University students (3rd year or above)
• Passionate about social media and content creation
• Active users of platforms like Zalo, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram
Your Role at EF
1. Social Media Content Creation & Management
• Trend Spotter: Stay ahead of social trends to pitch creative, viral content ideas that resonate with Gen Alpha, Gen Z, and their parents.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with EF Vietnam’s local team and global marketing units to localize campaigns and craft engaging content.
• Full-Cycle Content Production: Lead the process from scriptwriting and storyboarding to filming, editing, and publishing across platforms.
• Performance Learner: Analyze content performance and gather insights through basic reporting, surveys, or focus groups.
2. Evergreen Content Development
• Story Hunter: Discover and curate real stories from EF students and parents about their language learning and travel experiences.
• Testimonial Creator: Develop blogs, vlogs, and video content highlighting alumni voices and family perspectives.
• Community Engager: Help design creative UGC campaigns like hashtag challenges or short video contests.
3. KOL & Influencer Campaign Support
• Talent Scout: Research and identify micro- and mid-tier influencers who align with EF’s brand, including parent bloggers and travel creators.
• Creative Pitch Assistant: Contribute to influencer briefs and collaboration decks that introduce EF’s language programs.
• Tracker & Analyst: Monitor campaign deliverables and report on engagement metrics and ROI.
