*This is a non-paid summer internship lasting 2 to 3 months, from June or July to August or September. Transportation and meal expenses will be covered.
Key responsibilities:
- Support and manage EF’s Ambassador Program in Portugal
- Engage with returning students to join and participate in the program
- Respond to ambassadors’ questions and provide ongoing support
- Track ambassador activity and reward participation through our points system
- Redeem points for prizes and manage logistics
- Draft and schedule engaging communications for ambassadors
- Use internal tools and platforms to manage the program
- Help manage the Ambassador Program’s Instagram account
- A proactive problem-solver who takes initiative
- Proficient in Portuguese (written and spoken)
- Ideally, a former EF student
- A candidate with international study or work experience is a plus
- Creative, enthusiastic and organized
- Comfortable working independently and in a team
- Sales-minded and results-oriented
- Eager to learn, grow and contribute
