Are you ready for a dynamic role in a truly international environment?

As Ambassador Program Intern you will join the Lisbon team during summer, to help to manage the Ambassador Program of EF in Portugal. You will operate in a truly international environment with a dynamic team. This is a great opportunity to further develop your skills, take ownership and share your ideas within a global network of like-minded individuals.

*This is a non-paid summer internship lasting 2 to 3 months, from June or July to August or September. Transportation and meal expenses will be covered.

Key responsibilities:

Support and manage EF’s Ambassador Program in Portugal
Engage with returning students to join and participate in the program
Respond to ambassadors’ questions and provide ongoing support
Track ambassador activity and reward participation through our points system
Redeem points for prizes and manage logistics
Draft and schedule engaging communications for ambassadors
Use internal tools and platforms to manage the program
Help manage the Ambassador Program’s Instagram account

Requirements:

A proactive problem-solver who takes initiative
Proficient in Portuguese (written and spoken)
Ideally, a former EF student
A candidate with international study or work experience is a plus
Creative, enthusiastic and organized
Comfortable working independently and in a team
Sales-minded and results-oriented
Eager to learn, grow and contribute
