About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist with deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, passionate about orchestrating multi-channel customer engagement and marketing excellence. Based on site at our Budapest office, you will play a central role in designing, building, and optimizing marketing automation initiatives across email, SMS, push, and advertising, while working closely with CRM, MarTech, and Product teams to deliver measurable impact at scale.

This is a strategic, hands-on role where your deep knowledge of cross-channel marketing automation and data-driven personalization will help shape the future of our customer experience globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and optimize multi-channel marketing journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, and Automation Studio
  • Develop and manage complex audience segmentation, trigger-based nurturing campaigns, and personalized content strategies
  • Leverage AMPscript, SQL, and API integrations to dynamically tailor customer interactions
  • Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, and Data teams to align campaign strategies with business objectives and lifecycle stages
  • Implement, manage, and continuously improve data workflows connecting Marketing Cloud with CRM platforms, CDPs, and external data sources
  • Stay current on marketing automation trends, AI/Einstein features, and platform innovations and advocate for their application within our marketing strategy
  • Ensure cross-channel orchestration best practices, including compliance with GDPR and CAN-SPAM, responsive design, and high deliverability
  • Support campaign analytics, performance reporting, and ongoing optimization based on behavioral insights
  • Contribute to internal documentation, process improvements, and training sessions to elevate marketing operations maturity

Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud in a professional setting
  • Strong command of cross-channel marketing automation, beyond email, including SMS, mobile push, advertising, and web personalization
  • Proficient in SQL, AMPscript, and data manipulation across Marketing Cloud platforms
  • Solid understanding of CRM principles, customer lifecycle marketing, and behavioral-based campaign design
  • Experience with integrating Marketing Cloud with external systems via APIs or connectors
  • Eagerness to stay up to date with Technology trends, continuously learn, and push the boundaries of what marketing automation can deliver
  • Experience using task and project management tools such as Jira to manage workflow, track progress, and collaborate across teams
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams in Marketing, Data, and Product

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification or equivalent (or willingness to complete within 6 months)
  • Experience with Einstein AI, Marketing Cloud Connect, or similar AI-driven content or prediction tools.
  • Familiarity with CDPs and how to activate data for marketing automation
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies, Git, or CI/CD deployment practices is a plus
  • Understanding of marketing attribution, profile scoring models, or campaign measurement frameworks
