Do you dream of making an impact? Cultural Care is looking for a result-oriented Marketing Analyst to help us increase the awareness of our Cultural Care Au Pair program in Brazil.
In this role, the successful candidate is a sales-driven, result-oriented Marketing Analyst who loves to grow a brand through exciting and original campaigns and thinks holistically about the relationship between online and offline to create and execute strategic communication marketing plans to a local audience.
In this Marketing role, you will report to the Country Product Manager in São Paulo and manage a Marketing Intern. We are searching for someone passionate about cultural exchange, who displays a great deal of responsibility and autonomy. You'll be a part of an ambitious and dynamic team full of people obsessed over our au pairs' experiences.
This is not a remote job and you'll work with our team in São Paulo (Itaim Bibi)
What you will do:
- Take ownership of our local social media channels: Strategic planning and implementation, content management, performance monitoring, goal setting and achievement
- Work closely with our central marketing team in Zurich to coordinate campaigns, marketing projects and events
- Manage our Ambassador program to drive local activities and generate referrals. You'll have goals on active and new ambassadors.
- Manage Marketing intern and develop this person so together you can both reach Marketing goals and support the team on sales and quality goals
- Build and work on a Local Marketing Plan to boost our offline activities in Brazil - supporting 2 offices and representatives all over the country.
- Sales Collaboration: Partner closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts directly support their work, providing timely lead generation, insights, and effective sales tools.
What we are looking for:
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, both digital and offline
- Experience on marketing teams of companies or Advertising Agencies.
- Highly interested on trends and understanding young people. Our target is exclusive on age range 18-26.
- Data-driven and results-oriented, you love both spreadsheets and creative ideas!
- Experienced in creating engaging campaigns and generating leads
- Proven ability to lead multi-channel marketing strategies (performance, content, CRM, social, offline, and brand activations).
- Strong analytical mindset, able to connect marketing activities to lead generation and revenue impact.
- Deep understanding of Brazil media landscape, including digital, influencer marketing, and traditional media
- You need to live in Sao Paulo, speaks both Portuguese and English. You'll really use your English skills here.
