We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead our agent sales channel across Eastern Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for strengthening relationships with key partners, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth across diverse markets. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with strong business acumen, a strategic mindset, and a passion for building partnerships in an international environment.
Key responsibilities
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve growth targets within the agent channel.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners; act as their trusted advisor to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Identify, qualify, and onboard new partners to expand regional market coverage.
• Negotiate and structure deals to maximize mutual value.
• Train and support partner sales teams to strengthen their ability to represent our brand and solutions effectively.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.
• Lead issue resolution and crisis management with a focus on maintaining excellent customer and partner satisfaction.
Your profile
• Minimum 3–5 years’ sales experience, ideally in international B2B or channel/partner sales.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Fluent English required; additional languages such as Russian, Polish, or other Eastern European languages are an advantage.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical ability to drive market growth.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Hands-on problem-solving skills and resilience in fast-changing environments.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and support partner teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, results-driven, and energized by new challenges.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally (depending on business needs).
