The role
Join a community of doers who are passionate about changing the world of business education as it exists today. As an Enrollment Advisor/Associate Director of Enrollment, you will report to the Director of Enrollment and be instrumental in promoting Hult's top-ranked four-year Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Program across Brazil. This role combines Business Development, Sales and Customer Experience through engaging with prospective students, agents, counselors, and parents. KPIs include year over year growth: leads gubernation, conversion percentages and number of enrolled students in our programs.
Business Development
- Generate year-over-year (YOY) lead volume growth.
- Identify and develop target schools and communities, designing strategies to engage students, parents, counselors, and agents.
- Travel (domestic and international, ~25% of the year) to host/attend events and visits that strengthen school and community relations while generating new leads.
- Present Hult’s programs through outreach campaigns, events, webinars, and masterclasses, promoting institutional initiatives.
Sales
- Manage a large prospective applicant pipeline through Salesforce CRM.
- Engage consistently and effectively with prospects to maximize conversion.
- Build strong relationships with families, ensuring the best support for students starting their journey at Hult.
- Consult with candidates by understanding their needs and challenges, presenting solutions that demonstrate the value and fit of Hult’s programs.
Leadership
- Collaborate effectively across cultures with colleagues worldwide.
- Contribute to regional and global team projects that drive growth and innovation.
- Lead roadshows, presenting Hult to partner schools, families, and institutional partners.
Customer Experience
- Guide students through the full enrollment journey, from application to financial aid and matriculation logistics.
- Connect with stakeholders (students, parents, counselors) via in-person visits, Zoom, phone, text, and WhatsApp.
- Identify & Interview qualified applicants to assess fit and support the admissions decision.
- Personalize every stakeholder interaction, providing tailored support that aligns with their needs and goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- English proficiency (required); Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- 2+ years of proven success in Sales, Business Development, or Recruitment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Strong presentation and public-speaking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to follow up and drive results throughout the sales cycle.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while meeting and exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar platforms (preferred).
