As the Country Program Manager for EF, you will be responsible for the drive of sales and marketing activities in Caracas / Venezuela

As a key member of the management group, you will have direct responsibility for the EF Education First operation and results in Caracas / Venezuela.
The Country Program Manager reports directly to the Country Manager with dotted lines to the Sales Manager

Role

Planning, coordination, and development of sales & marketing activities including lead generation strategies (online & offline) and CRM drive.
Leadership and development of sales staff including recruitment, training plan, tracking of achievement, performance reviews.
Management of quality control and customer service via contact with overseas operations
Full ownership of direct sales in the country and of the achievement of sales targets on a weekly basis, monthly and quarterly basis
Ownership of product budget with P&L responsibility
Complete ownership of all other relevant business aspects and expansion related to the program.

Qualifications

Mother tongue Spanish and fluency in English are strict requirements.
Marketing/Business Administration bachelor’s degree from a top University (master’s degree from an international institution is preferred, but not required)
International experience (study/work) or extended exposure to an international environment is a plus.
3-5 years’ work experience in the sales and/or marketing functions.
Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Word).
