Marketing Coordinator

- Assist with the planning, execution, and reporting of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels
- Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, and internal approvals
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly or monthly summaries
- Coordinate logistics for university visits, events, and brand activations
- Help manage giveaways, materials, banners, and on-site setup
- Help manage social media content calendars
- Coordinate with designers, writers, or external partners to produce assets
- Upload and schedule content across Meta, Instagram, YouTube, blogs, and other platforms
- Support influencer and ambassador collaborations, including outreach, logistics, and content tracking
- Maintain updated tracking sheets, campaign logs, and marketing folders
- Assist with basic competitor research, market insights, and trend analysis
- Support budget tracking and vendor coordination
- Handle general administrative tasks related to marketing operations
- Assist with email and messaging campaigns (KakaoTalk, SMS, SFMC)
- Ensure accurate segmentation and data input for CRM campaigns
- Help test, schedule, and QA customer communications
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proactive attitude with willingness to learn
- Solid communication skills in Korean (and basic English communication)
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital tools
- Experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, or analytics tools
- University or brand marketing experience
- Basic design or video-editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe preferred)
- Interest in education, studying abroad
