- Support data orchestration and data flow setup across marketing platforms.
- Standardize audience segments and ensure consistent data definitions across teams.
- Partner with digital experience and marketing teams to make data accessible and actionable.
- Assist with platform configuration, QA, and ongoing maintenance of data pipelines.
- Troubleshoot data availability issues and support new platform integrations.
- Assist with data ingestion processes, platform setup, and ongoing configuration within digital experience and marketing platforms.
- Create and maintain standardized audience segments for marketing use cases.
- Document data definitions, governance rules, and segment standards.
- Collaborate with analytics, CRM, and marketing teams to ensure the availability of accurate and timely data.
- Conduct QA on data pipelines, platform integrations, and new schema or field additions.
- Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis when data issues arise.
- Monitor data flow performance and work with technical partners to optimize systems.
- Help implement new tools or capabilities that improve digital experience personalization.
- 1–3 years of experience in data orchestration, data operations, marketing operations, or related fields.
- Familiarity with ETL tools, data mapping, and basic SQL (bonus if experienced with APIs or CDPs).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with marketing platforms or digital experience tools is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
