Are you ready for a dynamic role in a truly international environment?

As a Senior Language Travel Consultant, you will promote our Global EF Language Abroad programs. You will engage with customers personally, via email, and over the phone, guiding them from their first inquiry until they return home from their trip.

What you’ll do:

- Use our internal database to sustain a successful long-term promotion strategy

- Manage the full sales process for language courses and travel programs, from initial inquiry to departure.
- Proactively reach out to prospective clients who have expressed interest and guide them through their options.
- Maintain a high-volume of outbound tele-promotion calls daily to potential students
- Collaborate across teams to ensure every student has a smooth and memorable experience.
- Mentor and support junior colleagues, contributing to a high-performing team.

What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in sales.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Empathy and the ability to guide clients with confidence and professionalism.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English is required.
