EF Language Abroad is looking for a dynamic Commercial Leader to join our Buenos Aires team. In this role, you will be the "owner" of a key growth engine: transforming student satisfaction into sustained sales volume. Your mission is to scale loyalty and community referral programs into structured, measurable, and high-performing sales channels.
Your primary goal is to build a system that turns students and families into frequent returnees and active brand advocates. You will be directly responsible for increasing sales volume, boosting conversion rates.
Your main responsibilities are:
Drive Returner Sales
- Lead the growth strategy as a core business pillar.
- Design clear customer journeys by segment (Juniors, Adults, Gap, etc.).

- Manage specific offers for returners with a focus on conversion.
- Ensure constant visibility of the channel within commercial operations.
Build a High-Performance Ambassador Program
- Recruit and develop an ambassador network aligned with EF standards.
- Define clear expectations: lead generation, sales, content, and events.
- Leverage ambassadors as an extension of the sales team.
- Create replicable playbooks to maximize productivity.
- Scale the community's volume and quality.
Systematize Referrals
- Design a simple, high-volume referral program.
- Integrate it into all touchpoints (sales, post-sales, post-trip).
- Ensure consistent visibility for both clients and teams.
- Optimize incentives to maximize lead generation.
- Guarantee full traceability in the CRM.
Strong Commercial Integration
- Align directly with sales: treat it as a primary sales channel.
- Define lead quality standards alongside commercial teams.
- Ensure fast and differentiated follow-up.
- Generate shared accountability for results.
Data-Driven Execution
- Monitor weekly performance: sales, conversion, volume, and productivity.
- Analyze customer cohorts and sales behavior.
- Continuously test messaging, timing, and incentives.
- Scale what works and eliminates friction.
Create Momentum & Visibility
- Establish these channels as business priorities.
- Activate internal and external campaigns to drive participation.
- Foster a culture of recommendation and repeat purchases across the organization.
Key Performance Indicators
- Returner Sales: Share and growth.
- Repeat Purchase Rate: Share of total volume.
- Referral Leads and Sales: Volume tracking.
- Referral Conversion Rate: From lead to close.
- Active Ambassadors: Including leads and sales generated per Ambassador.
- Relative CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost): Comparison across these channels.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor´s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or International Affairs.
- Preferable but not mandatory: having studied/worked/lived abroad.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is important for this role due to our international scope.
