The Visa Executive is responsible for managing and processing student visa applications for EF Study Abroad programs. This role ensures that all visa documentation is accurate, compliant with embassy requirements, and submitted within required timelines to maximize visa approval rates and deliver a seamless student experience.

The Visa Executive is responsible for managing and processing student visa applications for EF Study Abroad programs. This role ensures that all visa documentation is accurate, compliant with embassy requirements, and submitted within required timelines to maximize visa approval rates and deliver a seamless student experience.
Key Responsibilities
Visa Processing & Documentation
- Provide professional guidance to students and parents on visa requirements and procedures.
- Review, prepare, and verify all visa documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with embassy and consulate regulations for different destination countries.
- Manage visa timelines and submission schedules to meet intake deadlines.
- Track and update visa application status in the internal system.
Student & Parent Consultation
- Explain visa processes clearly and professionally.
- Manage student expectations regarding timelines, financial proof, and interview preparation.
- Conduct visa interview preparation sessions when required.
- Handle sensitive cases and provide solutions proactively.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure all documents meet embassy requirements and EF compliance standards.
- Monitor changes in immigration policies and update internal teams accordingly.
- Identify high-risk profiles and escalate appropriately.
- Maintain confidential handling of student information.
Internal Coordination
- Work closely with Sales Consultants, Admissions, and Finance teams to ensure smooth documentation flow.
- Coordinate with EF international offices for CAS / COE / LOA issuance.
- Maintain accurate visa records and reporting.
Performance & KPI
- Maintain high visa approval rates.
- Ensure on-time submission rate above target.
- Maintain student satisfaction standards.
- Support peak season workload and intake targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Business, Education, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in visa processing or study abroad consultancy.
- Strong understanding of student visa procedures (UK, Australia, Canada, USA, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and document control.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
- English proficiency required.
