We are looking for someone who can own the student experience and continuously improve how we serve our customers.
- Manage the pre-departure journey for enrolled students
- Provide guidance and support regarding visa processes, documentation, and travel preparation
- Track and manage key milestones such as visa approval, insurance, flights, and documentation
- Communicate proactively with students and parents to ensure a smooth and stress-free preparation process
- Build strong relationships with students and parents to ensure confidence and satisfaction before departure
- Address questions and resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students during the pre-departure stage
- Ensure that each student receives a high-quality and personalized service experience
- Coordinate closely with EF campuses and global teams
- Ensure student information and processes align with global operational standards
- Proactively resolve issues that may arise before departure
- Identify opportunities to improve student experience and operational efficiency
- Participate in initiatives to digitalize and automate service processes
- Utilize CRM and internal systems to manage student data and workflows
- Contribute ideas to enhance the overall customer journey
- 1–5 years of professional experience
- Experience in education, study abroad, immigration, travel, or customer success is preferred
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Comfortable using Excel and CRM systems
- Ability to communicate professionally in English via email
- Detail-oriented and highly responsible
- Strong communication and stress management skills
- Interest in building a career in a global company
- Care deeply about customer experience and service quality
- Enjoy supporting customers through important life decisions
