- Consulting students on language study abroad and international education programs
- Managing inbound leads and building relationships with prospective students
- Owning the full sales cycle: inquiry → consultation → enrollment
- Achieving individual sales targets and performance KPIs
- Managing customer pipelines using Salesforce CRM
- Following up on marketing-generated leads to improve conversion rates
- Participating in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events
- Salesforce CRM for pipeline management
- Internal consultation and booking systems
- Data-driven sales reporting tools
- At least 1 year of B2C sales experience (education or service industry experience is a plus)
- Strong goal-oriented mindset and motivation to achieve results
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide consultative solutions
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Comfortable communicating in English
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience selling high-involvement services or products
- Experience managing digital marketing leads
- Ability to build data-driven sales strategies
- Experience working in international environments

- 해외 어학연수 및 유학 프로그램 상담
- 잠재 고객 관리 및 영업 활동 (B2C 중심)
- 리드 → 상담 → 등록까지의 Full Sales Cycle 관리
- 세일즈 목표 달성 및 KPI 관리
- CRM(Salesforce) 기반 고객 데이터 관리 및 파이프라인 운영
- 마케팅 캠페인 리드 후속 관리 및 전환율 개선
- 오프라인 박람회/설명회 참여 및 운영
- Salesforce (CRM 기반 파이프라인 관리)
- 내부 상담/예약 시스템/ 데이터 기반 세일즈 리포팅 툴
- B2C 세일즈 경험 1년 이상 (교육/유학/서비스 업계 우대)
