• Drive branch service team to hit their individual and branch targets for student renewals, referrals, and active attendance.
• Supervise Service Consultant team to ensure daily service standards are met and resolve student complaints effectively.
• Organize branch events and activities to keep students engaged and happy with their learning experience.
• Track team performance and provide regular updates to the Branch Manager and Management.
• Work closely with the Sales and Academic teams to ensure smooth daily branch operations.

• 3–5 years in Customer Service, Sales, or Account Management.
• Proven experience leading a team or supervising team to reach business targets.
• Preferably with minimum intermediate level
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
