The Job

Cultural Care Au Pair connects thousands of host families across the United States with young people from around the world, creating meaningful cultural exchange experiences through its au pair programme. As part of EF Education First, we sit at the intersection of technology and human connection.

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with real, hands-on Agentforce experience to join our Budapest-based technology team at Cultural Care Au Pair, a subsidiary of EF Education First. The team includes Product Owners, a Salesforce Architect, Salesforce Developers, and App Developers. It is a close-knit group that works fast, collaborates well, and cares about building things properly.

In this role, you will own the design and development of AI-driven agent experiences on the Salesforce platform. You will also work closely with our mobile and product teams to strengthen how our customer-facing iOS and Android apps connect with Salesforce. Data consistency and real-time sync matter a lot to us, and we need someone who can identify where things break down and fix them properly.

We use AI coding tools as part of how we work, not as a gimmick. We expect you to be comfortable with tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude in your daily workflow, and we would love someone who can help the rest of the team get more out of them too.

This role has real growth potential. We are not promising anything on a fixed timeline, but the person who takes this job and does it well will find plenty of opportunity to step into broader technical ownership over time.

What We Are Looking For From You

Lead the design and development of Agentforce solutions, including autonomous agents, prompt templates, flows, and third-party integrations
Build and maintain solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to a high standard
Design and implement Apex, LWC, and API integrations with external systems such as AWS, WhatsApp, Dialpad, and REST/SOAP services
Take ownership of our Salesforce architecture, including code reviews, best practice enforcement, and platform governance
Work with our mobile and product teams to improve how our iOS and Android apps sync data with Salesforce
Translate requirements from Product Owners and business stakeholders into clean, scalable technical solutions
Spot and resolve performance issues, bottlenecks, and technical debt before they become problems
Contribute to our CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and automated testing
Document your work clearly and share knowledge with admins and business users
Set a high technical bar for the Salesforce developers around you

The Person

What you have done before

Skills required

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience building Agentforce solutions, including agent design, prompt engineering, agent actions, and topic configuration
Strong command of Apex, LWC, SOQL, JavaScript, and Salesforce integration patterns including REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and CDC
Solid grounding in HTML, XML, and SQL; Java or C++ experience is a bonus
Comfortable with SFDX, Git, and CI/CD workflows
Uses AI coding tools day to day and can point to concrete ways it has made their work faster or better
Communicates technical decisions clearly to people who are not developers
Has worked in international or distributed teams and knows how to collaborate across functions and time zones
Strong written and spoken English is a must — you will be working with teams across multiple countries and need to communicate clearly at all levels
React.js experience is a plus, particularly in the context of Salesforce Experience Cloud community portals
Thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

Experience required

5+ years of Salesforce development, with at least 3 years at a senior level
At least one Agentforce solution delivered in production that you can talk through in detail, including the problem it solved and what you learned
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I is required
A solid track record of delivering Salesforce projects end-to-end, on time and built to last
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure is a plus
Some experience mentoring other developers or leading technical work informally
