Senior Sales Consultant (French and German speaker)

EF- English Live Sales Team is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Person with a high level of French and German to join our European team in Barcelona's office. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our Online English courses. You will have a key role in developing, revenue, and the number of students joining our online school and being part of a fast-growing business.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Inbound and Outbound calls to potential new customers - zero cold calls!
Upgrade and Renew current customers.
Take full ownership of direct sales in the region and reach KPI's and Sales targets.
Achieve excellent customer service and proactively respond to client queries.
Performs database and record-keeping activities.

The Sales performance will be based on the KPIs settled on a monthly basis.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role and preferrably with the Swiss market
Fluent level in French and German both written and verbal
Min. B2 level of English
Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers
Cultural awareness and team-player
Good understanding of KPIs and targets
1st month fully office based for trainings
